A property developer hired Morag Myerscough to design and build a pop-up cafe
to spruce up the area around the Greenwich rail station for the London Olympics.
The result was the eye-popping Movement
Café (MVMNT Café), which is built from recycled shipping
containers, reusable scaffolding, and brightly painted wood walls.
Constructed in only 16 days, the cafe was open just in time for the
start of the Olympics to serve up locally sourced, food and drink -
including homemade vegan-friendly gelato - to spectators headed out to
Greenwich Park.
